I’m a Certified Professional Coach with iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, a Certified Brain Health Coach with Amen University, and NLP Practitioner. I’m a compassionate, empathetic Human Design Guide, here to help you recognize your beautiful complexity and relax into your authenticity. As a 4/6 Mental Projector with the Right Angle Cross of Consciousness, what I find most fulfilling is to help others see themselves more clearly, so they can love and embrace who they truly are.
I’m a certified Living Your Design Guide through the International School of Human Design and I am currently completing my Analyst certification. I’m also a Duke University–certified Health and Wellbeing Coach. When I’m not nerding out over Human Design, you can find me snacking on chocolate, going for long walks along the sea wall in Vancouver, Canada where I live with my husband and our fluffy cat Winston.
